We’re released a new version of the tools. The main change is adding support for Python 3.10 on Windows.

• bed-reader 0.2.34 – Updated to use latest version of Rust tools that we use under the covers. (Also updated: article about creating Python extensions in Rust.)
• pysnptools 0.5.9, now supports Python 3.10 on Windows (except that Bgen format can’t currently be used on Windows and Python 3.10)
• fastlmm 0.6.5, now supports Python 3.10 on Windows

This means that all the tools now support Python 3.7, 3.8, 3.9, and 3.10 on Linux, Windows, and MacOS.
