I'm Tejesh Venkat, and I'm applying for GSoC 2026 with FURY under the Python Software Foundation.

What I've done so far:
• Submitted PR #1167 — VTK 9.6 / Python 3.14 compatibility (targeting master)
• Posted intro on GitHub Discussions (#1166)
• Set up the dev environment

I'm unable to access Discord, so I'll use this mailing list and GitHub Discussions for communication.

I'm looking for:
• Guidance on which good-first-issue would be most valuable to tackle next
• Feedback on project ideas before I draft my full application
