galpak updates; pypi

dear galpak users, I hope you and your family are doing well during these strange times. Just a short email to let you that galpak <http://galpak3d.univ-lyon1.fr/> v1.30.3 is available. It is also now available from pypi. To get the latest version (1.30.3), simply do { pip install galpak } (uninstall the old version if needed). As always your feedback is very welcome!
