Hi Community,
I’m Ashish Yesale, a " 3rd-year Computer Science student " with strong
expertise in " Python, object-oriented programming (OOPJ), development, and
testing " . I currently serve as the " AI/ML Lead at GDSC :
https://gdg.community.dev/u/mzwyhs" .
I'm excited about contributing to Python.org, . I have thoroughly explored
the previous project and its objectives, and while I’m new to GSoC, I’m
eager to learn, collaborate, and integrate my ideas as I get more familiar
with the project. For upcoming projects let me be in your community
discussions and let me know about the projects .
Looking forward to working with the team and making impactful
contributions!

Dear GSoC Python Community,
I hope you are all doing well! My name is *Bandi Mamatha*, and I am eager
to contribute to Python-based projects as part of *Google Summer of Code
(GSoC) 2025*. I am currently exploring open-source contributions.
I would love to engage with the mentors and contributors here to better
understand how I can start contributing early, clarify doubts regarding
project expectations, and learn about any guidance for first-time GSoC
contributors.
Could you please share insights on:
- How to find and get involved in Python projects that will likely
participate in GSoC 2025?
- Best practices for early contributions and what mentors look for in
applicants?
- Any upcoming discussions or opportunities to interact with mentors and
past contributors?
I am excited to be part of this community and look forward to collaborating
with you all!
Best regards,
