Hello Om, thank you for this website design. Personally I like it much more than the current one :)
Currently, the website is generated by Nikola, see the repo https://github.com/hpyproject/hpyproject.org In particular, the current theme is located here, consisting of templates and css: https://github.com/hpyproject/hpyproject.org/tree/main/themes/hpy
In order to use the new design, we would need a new Nikola theme: personally I don't have enough web design competences to do that, so if you feel like making a PR it would be very welcome.
