For submitting your proposal, please fill up the information by creating an issue[1] on HydPy GitHub repo and we will review your proposal and contact you as soon as possible. If you want help preparing a talk, let us know! Volunteers are eager to help new people with talks.

One small clarification here - Selection of speakers will be on first come first serve basis unless there is an invited speaker. This review of the proposal is just a quick screening to check whether the topic fits the HydPy meetup guidelines. Also, HydPy meetups are open for everyone and we encourage first-time speakers.
