Hello Stumagz!

I'm writing you on behalf of HydPy. We are part of Python software foundation. We have a conference and workshop for both students and working professionals on 7-8 Oct 2017. As part of our activities we have taken up an initiative to launch programming clubs in each and every college in the twin cities in the forthcoming month, PythonMonth. So we are requesting all students to fill this Google form and join as campus ambassador for the program. A campus ambassador will take lead for his/her college and manage sessions and workshops in it. When a student registers as Campus ambassador he/she will be given with cool goodies and a certificate.

HydPy Campus Ambassador Application
It is a platform for students who are passionate about programming, to start and run an active programming club in their college. An Ambassador is a leader with a keen interest in starting and building a programming community.
* Required
Why do you need this Program?

To build a great community of coders and computer enthusiasts in your college
To promote Open-source technology
To organize python programming sessions and contests
To connect with other ambassadors, share resources and get to know about fellow coders around the globe.

What we've planned for you?

Around the globe exposure for the events organized by you.
Special Swag Pack on becoming a Campus Ambassador.
Certificate and letter of recommendation on successful completion of the program.
Roles and Responsibilities

Introduce new and experienced programmers to the club.
We will be conducting other sessions, workshops, hackathons in the city, so you need to publicize the event in and around your college.
Conduct one full-fledged session/workshop on Python/Programming/OpenSource every month in the college.
Contribute a project to Open source stack every month.
Who can apply?

Students who have strong communication skills and can lead the student developer community.
Students who have basic knowledge about Python/Programming and Open source technology.
My proposal is, can please reach out all the colleges in Hyderabad by sharing it in Stumagz and inviting students to fill up this form.
