Active Volunteers 2. Venue: Following venues are considered a. Anna University b. MIT c. IIT d. Rajalakshmi Enginnering College e. Crescent Engineering College f. Jaya Engineering College g. SRM City / Main Campus Most of them didnt opt for Government Institutions Among the seven we shortlisted to approach a. Rajalakshmi Engineering College b. Jaya Engineering College c. SRM City / Main campus We decided to fix the venue within December with the help of volunteers 3. Number of Days Most of the attendees opted for a two day event A question was raised What about the beginners track ? ( Day one if it's a three day event ) Then we came up with an idea to conduct a workshop (for newbies) in Colleges around Chennai We fixed a target to conduct a workshop in 10 colleges (atleast) in next 10 months 4. Sponsorship 5. Food 6. Video Recording of talks 7. hi, we have started the venue search on chennaipy(a)googlegroups.com. Since this is preliminary collection of information we did not want to clutter up the main mailing list. However, those of you with connections to Chennai are welcome to join chennaipy and contribute to the discussions. Once a few proposals are put up we will come to this list for a debate and decision.
