Slightly off topic, but since the logos say "Pycon India 2020, Bangalore" - should Pycon India still be tied to a city name if it is held all digital? Why?

I like `logo_3.jpeg` and `logo_1.pdf` (both logos in the PDF since they can be used as variants on different backgrounds).

I cannot understand the use of ‘ (apostrophe) in `PyCon India‘ 2020` in `logo_2.jpeg`.
