Hi Shalabh,

We don't have a tentative schedule for now. But from past PyCon experience registrations start from 8 AM in the morning and Keynote session starts in between 9:30 to 10 AM in morning.

*Note: Keynote session is scheduled for main conference days only that is 6 and 7th Oct.
