We should invite people from gramener , i think S anand from gramener gave a talk last time and it was very good. They use python a lot for data analytics.

Cool. I think it would be a good idea for one person to handle the
CFP. It's an important part of the event and to have one person
responsible for it is necessary. There will be things like announcing
again, following up with submissions etc. which will all need work and
the oversight of a single person.
