Here is summary and finalized conference fee.

Early Bird Registration - Rs. 800
Regular Registration - Rs. 1000
Late Registration - Rs. 1500
At Venue - Rs. 2000

Workshop will be Rs 1500 . Workshop registration will start after talk are selected as we need to provide 20 seat per session.

Lets make our life easy. We are already discounting the fee. The participants are not even paying for their food and t-shirt. Lets stop worrying about discounts.

We can have free tickets for volunteers. If some students can't afford to pay the ticket, then let them come and help running the conference to get a free ticket.

Vijay, please make sure the ticket price pays the food and t-shirt. We can't subsidise further than that.

We used to ask for a valid student ID card. Yes, that
can be faked, and it does add some more work at the
time of registration, but it works out fairly well.

IMHO, companies should be given group discounts
for tickets for more than X attendees. X could be 20.
