It is looking very good. Couple of suggestions:
* Please use PyCon with "C" capital, not Pycon. * Please use PyCon India 2015, not PyCon 2015. PyCon without any suffix usually means US PyCon. * It might be better to create a bit.ly URL for Proposal submission URL. The current long URL is too hard to remember or type. * The text "PyCon India, the premier conference..." is not readable. Try making the text more bright? * Can "Nimhans Convention Centre, Bangalore" be made into two lines with Bangalore in the second line? * Can the main heading be "Call For Proposals" instead of "CFP"?
