The idea behind having keynote speaker as lady is diversity.
What i meant with above line was It would be great to have them here in InPyCon as keynote speaker and hear their experience which will encourage a lot of female developers in India and also their inputs on solving the diversity issues what we face will help us a lot. Am sorry to make it sound the other way.
