IMO, to understand ground problems, you have to be based in India. Someone who left long ago can't be expected to know what the current ground situation is.
I don't agree if required anyone can be in touch with local community and know whats happening(we can have different view on this and keep discussing endless) . In interest for all let's keep focus of this thread on getting more names of Indian Contributors.
