The organizers of !!Con conference tried few ideas that worked for them including anonymous talk review. Makes for a worthy read for all planners and volunteers of Pyconindia.

This is really nice. I remember a discussion on the @FuConf list as well reg. providing CC for all the videos. I think in this time and age this is becoming really essential. Next year, we should take a small step towards making the conference accessible. Unclear how at this point in time but its a good step to take I feel. Thanks for sharing.
