In research for holding a mini conference we had created separate teams for
Administration

Speaker affairs

We have a total of 15+ active contributors who can head/co head these teams

We need to get a idea of how much spending is usually done & in which areas.
It completely depends on your planning . Major cost is Food and Venue (This year sit was around 18) All other cost is not big. We need to know more details about handling account, do we have some
one(accountant?) who already takes care of this for PSSI/PyCon India
PSSI has treasurer who take care of accounting and audit with Income tax department. But PyCon India budget planning is done be Chair(lead) and Co-Chair(Supporting lead) they both pretty much make final call for that year.
@Pulkit Pahwa sry for the late reply, we would love to have your company as a sponsor and you as a volunteer helping us out. If you remember we met at this meet for Pydelhi @HTMedia and I asked you to join the mailing list. Thanks. We have added you to a list of possible sponsors and will keep you apprised of further developments. Thanks for your interest, Looking forward to have you as a volunteer.
