Okay. We need a *good* A/V team to record the event. It's something we should spend money on if necessary since quality is a must. Last year, it was just a phone call to justdial and me barking orders in broken urdu to a bunch of guys who didn't know what the event was about. While we have to engage with the parties only by early September, I think it's a good idea to fish out good A/V recording providers and talk with them. Any suggestions/ideas?
