Hi all, Today I received the MOA of the society from Kenneth. I have signed it. There are 2 more signees from Bangalore namely Sreekanth and Noufal. Sreekanth/Noufal - if we can get together this week-end (choose day/place/time) then I could get your signatures and send the form to the next person. Let me know regarding your convenience on this. If any of the other persons are right now in Bangalore or plan to come within 2-3 days, you could sign it right here, otherwise I am planning to dispatch the document to the next person, who is available at his address for taking care of this. Here are the rest of the people (apart from Sree/Noufal) who need to sign the form. V Khurana - Delhi Kausikram K - Chennai S Goswami - UP S Fernandez - Maharashtra Lakshman P - AP B Ghose - Tripura S Dasgupta - W Benbgal Please let me know which of you would like to receive the form in the next 1 week. Once you have finished at your end, you need to take care of co-ordinating with the next person. Thanks, -- --Anand

I received the MoA at my address just now and am heading over shortly to the GNUnify venue. I was a bit surprised though, weren't we also supposed to include the address proof alongwith the document ? or should we be mailing that directly to Kenneth ? Yes, you should self-attest a xerox copy of your address proof (sign on multiple pages if there is more than one) and post it directly to Kenneth. Regarding the next step of the document, look at the list of MoA_Signees and after subtracting the already signed people (Noufal, myself, Kaushik, Shreekanth and all the signees at Gnunify), send it to the next person who has not signed. Please post the information on who the document has been sent to, here.
You just have to sign the document. As for the address proof, you need to mail a self attested copy directly to Kenneth. This is what I know.

Why ? Now, it un-necessarily does the rounds along with the MoA to others increasing the chance of loss or damage. I didn't understand this. I had told clearly to send the address proofs directly to Kenneth and only pass the MoA along the channel.

Birth certificate is accepted as a proof of Date of birth and not as a proof of residence. Birth certificate states the address at the time of birth, which could be different from permanent address. Accepted proof of address are 1) Driving license 2) Voter id 3) Ration card 4) Passport 5) PAN card 6) Any central government or state government issued id card.
