[Kwant] Surface in 3D space using kwant.

I have some questions:

How can I Kwant for 3D surfaces studies?

I have done a code that gives me the coordinates for a discretized surface, for example a real nanotube.

So, how can I use these coordinates to make my Kwant system?

In the manuals there are just examples for "cubic" 3d system but what I hope is to analyze 2D structures embedded in the R3.
