Yes I have done the steps 4 and 5 both. But still "pip" is not recognized.
Python is working fine, even from command line.

Ok I will use the precompiled packages. I followed the link and tried to
install it in the samee manner. The Python2.7 is installed in the default
location. But when I run "pip install -U pip"..It is giving error that
