According to your guidance, I have considered systems with different origins, but I got the same error (Input has irregular shape). I have another question if I want to calculate conductance in this problem, is it important how many sites of the lattices are involved in the hopping? basically, I want to put the diamond lattice on the honeycomb lattice, but if Kwant restricts I have to put the two lattices together.
