Dear Luan,
According to docs of kwant.plotter.current
https://kwant-project.org/doc/1.3/reference/generated/kwant.plotter.current#...
all **kwargs are passed to kwant.plotter.streamplot
https://kwant-project.org/doc/1.3/reference/generated/kwant.plotter.streampl...
and according to its docs it should indeed give you a colorbar in this
situation.
Could you please file a bug report
https://gitlab.kwant-project.org/kwant/kwant/issues with the minimal
example that is reproducing the issue and information about
kwant/matplotlib versions?
Best,
Rafal

Dear Luan,
Can you upload the full script you're running? Are you using Jupyter Notebook? Also what version of Kwant and Matplotlib do you use?
Best, Rafal

Dear all,
I am trying to plot the current density using the command: kwant.plotter.current(syst, current, cmap = 'spectral_r',linecolor='black', density = 0.5, colorbar = True). However, when the figure is plotted, the colorbar doesn't appear. I know that this is a simple matter, but can someone indicate to me what am I doing wrong?
Best Regards, Luan
