Fwd: Re: Setup file for Windows...
No no.. I have installed only 32 bit one.. Also I have python 2.7.9. I learnt from googling, that this error is due to the absence of scipy-stack package. So I installed ANACONDA3-2.3.0. I really like this all in one package.. I added C:/anaconda3/scripts to the PATH too. But again the error is repeating.. So I checked the packages inside the anaconda, and found that scipy-stack package is absent there also.. Please help. I am really learning a lot from this installation. Especially in Windows.. I have NO experience in python based installation. I really thank you all for guiding me all through this installation. I hope to learn a lot from this forum.
Kind Regards,

Dear Siddheshwar,
Dear All, I am still unable to get started due to the error: from scipy.linalg import _fblas DLL load failed: ...
I see that you have a 32 bit python. Could it be that you accidentally installed a 64 bit version of scipy?
One problem I must point out here is that..I checked the 1.0.0. manual
and
there it was mentioned that scipy-stack, tinyarray, kwant must be installed.. But I checked the " http://www.lfd.uci.edu/~gohlke/pythonlibs" link and could not find ANY scipy-stack there. Could this be a problem in my case?
The installation file is not up to date, thanks for reporting this.
Best, Anton

Dear siddheshwar,
It appears your internet connection is too slow. You can try adding "--default-timeout=240" to the command line to increase the timeout.
