Is there a way to create polymorphic lattices in Kwant?

Hello, I am trying to create a modified graphene lattice which consists of not hexagons but pentagons and heptagons, like the one in the following link: https://www.researchgate.net/figure/Geometrically-optimized-structure-of-5-7... Can anyone help how can I do that? Thanks, Ran

Hi Ran, It seems that you need to create a lattice with more sublattices by providing the coordinates of all atoms. Kwant doesn't have specialized utilities for this, so you would need to determine the coordinates on your own. Best, Anton On Thu, 14 Jan 2021 at 23:23, Ran Mutc <mutc1r2595@gmail.com> wrote:
