I am trying to repeat the same calculation as the nanowire, but with graphene nanoribbon. How can I do that? I tried to replace the square lattice with hexagonal, but it is not working as there are two atoms per unit cell. what would be the best way to do this? I would like to study both band structure and conductance.
Best, Sumit

Dear Sumit,
Please see the http://kwant-project.org/doc/1.0/tutorial/tutorial4 for a tutorial on how to deal with lattices that have more than one sublattice.
