Dear Sir, Recently I'm studying LDOS in presence of Rashba. For that I'm using kwant.plotter.map. It works fine if I create a system without spin. But it doesn't work if I include two types of spin. I understand that, in presence of Rashba, each lattice site has 2 degrees of freedom due to spin up and spin down. As a result when I use the following code, "ham_mat = sys.hamiltonian_submatrix(sparse=True) evecs = sla.eigsh(ham_mat, k=100, which='SM')[1]" I'll have eigen vectors twice the number of lattice sites, present in the system. Regarding this I have two questions. 1. How do I know the position of the lattice sites when I'm going to plot LDOS on my own. 2. Since kwant.plotter.map is a very nice tool to plot LDOS, can I use this to plot LDOS in my Rashba case. with Regards, Sudin
