Change conductance step units

Hello everyone, I would appreciate any suggestion you could give me to solve this: Im trying to plot the conductance for a two dimensional material, however, I want the y-axis to show conductance in (2e^2/h) units instead of (e^2/h) units that are shown by default as in the examples. It could be something obvious but I can't figure it out how to plot the data in that units Thanks in advance.
