Dear Sudin, It is definitely possible to compute all the desired properties using the Green's function formalism. Moreover since the Green's function is in the basis that you specify when providing the Hamiltonian, you don't even need any special machinery, and you can just apply the definition on your own. Regarding the noise: there is indeed only a reference implementation of a 2-terminal shot noise. We would welcome contributions from the community generalising that code to multiterminal situation (I believe the spin shot noise is a particular case of multiterminal shot noise).
