Note that I tried to avoid behavioural changes, so some 'fixes' might have been left out for that reason. If unsure, it might be worth asking.
I'm missing the deannotate/xsiannotate additions to objectify. Will they not be in 1.3? I was also hoping the xsd:-prefixing of xsi:types would make it into 1.3, although I admit this is a bit of a behavioural change...
