[lxml] Re: Simpler wheel distribution for Windows

I’m a simple user of lxml as well. I checked PyPI lxml build distribution and it does have wheels for Windows python 3.10 and prior, but not for 3.11; they are available for linux however. I had no problem installing the lxml package using pip or poetry as long as my environment was 3.10 or lower. Hope this helps.
