[lxml] Re: HtmlMixin for lxml.etree._Element

Thanks for giving this information. I ended up using external C-language parser with PyCapsule and lxml.etree.adopt_external_document() as noted in https://lxml.de/capi.html#passing-generated-trees-through-python. Such combination comes without performance decrease.
