[Madison] [MadPy] upcoming meeting

Hey all, We have a a meeting coming up in just a week and a half. We are looking at having it in a room at the Computer Science Department so that a projector and more space is available - and there's no background music - and then adjourning to a bar or coffee-place for social time after the presentation. We still however need a topic! Here are possibilities known of right now: - PyLucene (Python wrapper for text search engine) (Max) - scientific computing in Python (James) - SQLAlchemy (Matt and maybe Farhan) Any other suggestions/volunteers? B. __________________________________________________________________ Looking for the perfect gift? Give the gift of Flickr! http://www.flickr.com/gift/

Hi! When is the meeting exactly? I would like to contribute (perhaps with a very VERY light intro to SQLAlchemy, as you have mentioned) but will be out of town from the 25th to the 2nd.

I can also give the pylucene demo if Matt can't make it, or I can do next month or something. -Max On Fri, Jan 22, 2010 at 5:31 PM, Matt Feifarek <matt.feifarek@gmail.com>wrote:
