I put together a tarball for Mailman 2.1.6 beta 1, but unfortunately
SourceForge's file upload machine is out of disk space. For now you can
get the file from:
http://www.list.org/mailman-2.1.6b1.tgz
I'll get that uploaded to SF as soon as possible.
