As you can see in the "caught SIGHUP" lines, there is nothing about the REST server, and indeed there is no "runner --runner=rest:0:1" process running anymore. [Bug 1181498] [NEW] subject_prefix is not part of the IMailingList interface

Public bug reported: In mailman/interfaces/mailinglist.py, in the IMailingList interface, there's a display_name property whoose documentation reads: "This is used in locations such as the message footers and Subject prefix.". It's actually not true, in the MailingList model class (in mailman/model/mailinglist.py) there's a subject_prefix attribute for this value, and it's the one that Postorius edits. [Bug 1158040] [NEW] Individual mailing lists should be able to enable/disable archivers

Public bug reported: Right now, a site admin can enable and disable archivers globally via the mailman.cfg file. It would be really nice for individual list owners to enable and disable a set of archivers they want to use. This change needs to be made in the interface, model, archive runner, and REST API. Public bug reported: running the mailman3 command mailman remove <list> throws an IntegrityError when run agains postgres. psycopg2.IntegrityError: update or delete on table "mailinglist" violates foreign key constraint "contentfilter_mailing_list_id" on table "contentfilter" DETAIL: Key (id)=(6) is still referenced from table "contentfilter". [Bug 1067953] [NEW] Request: Add HTML support for message excerpt preview

Public bug reported: Many if not most people currently use HTML-formatted email. When list moderators have to approve email postings on the Administrative Requests page, only a plaintext Message Excerpt is displayed, making informed viewing of a list member's message sometimes next to impossible. Looking through the mailman discussion list archives, I see that this feature was asked for as far back as 2005 - 7 years ago, so this is not a "new" suggestion. This would be an extremely helpful feature to add. If there are security concerns, a toggle or config option could easily be added so HTML viewing is not the default, and/or java/javascript could be disabled in the preview window.
