Indeed my experience is different. in mailman 2.1.18, when I click e.g.
the "Disabled" radio button and I press enter, the page is reloaded
identical.
The unexpected behaviour is that the form isn't submitted. Or rather, I
see that there is a POST request whose parameters *seem* to reflect my
radio button click, but the change isn't applied.
