Public bug reported:
The Runner _onefile method inherited by ArchRunner sets the i18n
language to that of the message's sender. This is the language context
in effect when Scrubber is called to scrub the message to plain text. It
should be set to the list's preferred language.

When the AddMember list method is called with a banned address,
MembershipIsBanned is raised and the fact is logged. MembershipIsBanned
can also be raised by InviteNewMember, ApprovedAddMember,
ChangeMemberAddress and ApprovedChangeMemberAddress and should be logged
in those cases too.

On the admain screen the row below the "click here to reload this page"
link has a logout link, which is flush right; however, the html:
<a href="https://mail.python.org/mailman/admindb/python-
list/logout"><div align="right"><font
size="+2"><b>Logout</b></font></div></a>
turns the entire row (not just the text) into a logout link, which means
if my cursor floats just a little too low when trying to refresh the
page I get logged out.

Yasuhito FUTATSUKI at POEM has proposed merging lp:~futatuki/mailman/2.1-ja-translation into lp:mailman/2.1.
Requested reviews:
Mailman Coders (mailman-coders)
For more details, see:
https://code.launchpad.net/~futatuki/mailman/2.1-ja-translation/+merge/2978…
Updationg old Japanese translation of documents, placed under messages/ja sub directory.
I called for review at Mailman-i18n list one month ago, but sadly there is no response,
no feedback at all. However I believe it is not worse than to remain to be out of date.

Your team Mailman Coders is requested to review the proposed merge of lp:~futatuki/mailman/2.1-ja-translation into lp:mailman/2.1.
Public bug reported:
When mailman receives a message with =?ISO-8859-2?Q? in it twice, the second =?ISO-8859-2?Q? gets encoded, and looks like this for example:
=3F=3D=3D=3FI?==?iso-8859-2?q?SO-8859-2=3FQ=3F
Where the position of the newly inserted encoding is between the "I" and "SO" of the original encoding sign ( which is not recognized by the mailman )
