[Bug 1586505] [NEW] Scrubber links in archives are in the poster's language rather than the list's preferred_language.

[Bug 1573623] [NEW] admin screen logout link effects entire row

I called for review at Mailman-i18n list one month ago, but sadly there is no response, no feedback at all.
