I understand the recursive request. Leaving that aside for a moment, it seems you already have the rest of your request. Your option is to just put @listname in accept_these_nonmembers for every list in regular_include_lists. So it seems that all you are really requesting is that @listname lists in *_these_nonmembers be processed recursively.
