[Bug 1885172] [NEW] Administrator email not delivered

Public bug reported: We are using GNU Mailman version 2.1.18-1. This morning one of our administrators posted to our listserve as normal, but it was not received. In the archives, it is showing as delivered. We have not had any issues like this before.
