Public bug reported: This is not a problem for the actual web admin interface, as send_unsub_notifications_to_list_owner and send_unsub_ack_to_this_batch are in the form and the CGI will always be able to access them in the CGI data, but if a user creates a URL with query fragments to try to do the unsubscribe via wget in a script, these two items must be included.
