[Bug 1035023] [NEW] bin/mailman info shouldn't create anything

Public bug reported: One good reason for doing "bin/mailman info" is to check what mailman is going to put where before it does it. Oops, it just did. :-( ** Affects: mailman Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Mailman Coders, which is subscribed to GNU Mailman. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1035023 Title: bin/mailman info shouldn't create anything To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/mailman/+bug/1035023/+subscriptions

Unfortunately 1) easier said than done; 2) I kind of like the behavior since it makes it easy to get a new directory layout. Yeah, it kind of sucks if that layout isn't what you want. I'd be open to persuasion, but only accompanied by code. ;) ** Changed in: mailman Status: New => Won't Fix -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Mailman Coders, which is subscribed to GNU Mailman. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1035023 Title: bin/mailman info shouldn't create anything To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/mailman/+bug/1035023/+subscriptions
