Public bug reported:
A user permission: the user is allowed to override the list's post sizes limit (slightly different from the bug# 1414182 "ignore size in future" permission/privilege).
From http://wiki.mailman.psf.io/DEV/Mailman%203.0?action=diff&rev2=30&rev... -- a TODO for the Mailman 3.x series. Original note: "I don't know if this is a reasonable request or not, but if yes, could each user be allowed an override for post sizes (slightly different from above "ignore size in future" request)?"
