Here is a new tarball with that template translated, plus some more proofreading applied. I'm aware mailman.po is still not complete. That may have to wait till the next release, as I'm aware 2.1.19 is quite close. Sorry Mark, it's the former. I didn't mean to nag, I just thought you might not have seen the new attachment because it was already marked as fixed.
