The Fedora Project has started project hosting as well. At the
moment it is Trac based with Mercurial as one of the SCM options.

Looks like the service is beta-ish, but provides multiple vcs
support. We'd probably need to coordinate with the Fedora folks to
get a project hosted (no auto-registration), but let's keep this one
in mind.
