I'm look for freelance developer who would like to work on mailman3 improvements. Any suggestions?
Looks like no-one here is interested, so I'll likely find someone via upwork or similar platforms and get them involved in the community and development - might start as early as end June. Might mean the user community has a developer or two they can hire after this (right now no-one mentioned mailman3 on sites like fiverr and upwork).
