Right. This is not well documented. Part of this project is to improve that.
If the message is still not delivered after the 5 days or whatever time, it is considered a bounce at that point.
The point is I have to design this workflow of what exactly will happen and these inputs I need in a concrete form for finalizing. Although for this case we can decide later but for some others we may need now.
