[Mailman-Developers] HTML and Archives

It appears that the archives do not support HTML.

Specifically, the lists can be setup to allow users to send HTML. But, the archives don't.

Please verify that isn't simply a configuration issue.

Also, can someone direct me to developer information about how to develop and submit code to the project?
