[Mailman-Developers] Notes on MM on OS X 10.1 vs 10.2

I finally updated my server to OS X Jaguar Server, which fixed both problems I had with Mailman.

For the record, both the problem with the missing "strptime" and the configure problem with the mailman user being untestable are gone on OS X 10.2.
