Mailman is so old-fashioned as name and man dominated in respect to the gender discussions. It is time to rename it to Mail-Miss, MailMom or Mail-Woman for a while?.
Utter Nonsense!! Mailman is a program, not a person... a program name that offends exactly no one.
Utter confusion would be the result of changing the name of this fine program.
