Does anyone have an idea why Mailman 3 is not starting on reboot? I'm using systemd and it has been working for me the last couple of reboots. I don't have one coming up on my prod setup until end of this month, I can check again then.
I once had issues with stale locks, because the processes sometimes get killed, leaving locks in place. But you seem to --force it, so that shouldn't be the problem...
